Junkyard name numbers? Empty Junkyard name numbers?

Does anybody know the name or number for the junkyard in Yomitan? It's the one on the road that leads to the Tori station back gate. They have a jeep I need some parts off of but the place is never open. Been there four times now with no luck. Hours of operations will work just fine too.

I know which one your talking about , but I've only ever seen it open once... But there was nobody around for us to talk to...
